Data we collect

• When you request a booking: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, optional message.
• When you confirm a booking (after approval): payment data is processed by Mollie; we don't store card details.
• Guest registration data (name, ID document, date of birth, nationality, address) for each adult guest, as required by Spanish law (SES.HOSPEDAJES, Real Decreto 933/2021).

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (booking) and compliance with legal obligations (registry of guests, accounting).

Retention

Booking data: up to 5 years (tax obligations). Guest registry data: 3 years (Spanish tourism regulation). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

• Mollie B.V. (payment processing, EU)
• Resend Inc. (transactional email)
• Amazon Web Services (hosting & data storage in eu-west-3 (France))
• Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES)

Your rights

You can access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to calomarde@casadelahoz.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es).
